We are very proud of the successful book festival our nonprofit produced on October 1, 2016, a first for the Mojave High Desert. Take a look here 2016 High Desert Book Festival for some great photos from the festival and to see the exhibitors and speakers who helped make it a big success.
We were saddened that due to unforeseen circumstances we were prompted to cancel our plans for the Second Annual High Desert Book Festival in October, 2017. Our past exhibitors are constantly asking if there will be a 2018 festival. We hope so. It was always our intention to make this an annual event. Stay tuned!
Meantime, we were exhibitors at the 2018 L.A. Times Festival of Books at USC in April. Please check out that page for pictures of our booth and the other authors that were there with us.
We’ve had a name change! Same goals to help our community, but we are now: WORDSMITH PRODUCTIONS.
